Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani Review

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani Review- It is a terrific movie. Despite the story’s abundance of clichés, it nonetheless works in a charming way. On film, Deepika and Ranbir have incredible chemistry. Halfway through the year, the first real blockbuster movie of 2013 has finally arrived.

Essentially, the account of a journey trip that four friends take is one that alternates between the past and the present. Together with their pals Avi and Aditi, the medical student Naina and the photographer Bunny go on a perilous journey to Manali. Bunny imagines a bigger vision as Naina comes to grips with who she really is and falls in love. The four buddies gather together again for Aditi’s wedding with the intention of setting out on an unending adventure of global exploration. The characters have remained the same while the plot has evolved, and the movie shows how everyone has matured during their own life journeys.

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani Review: Script Analysis

Despite everyone praising the movie, I must admit that the narrative lacks imagination. A decade ago, Farhan Akhtar brought the concept of friendship, romance, and exotic travel in his beloved movie Dil Chahta Hai in the year 2000. The plot follows the lives of four different people, although Bunny is the main character. When we believe he is looking for himself, we are mistaken! The persona is well aware of who they are. The most thrilling portion of the tale is when he struggles to prioritize the things that are important to him. Illahi’s satiating smile symbolizes the achievement of goals and aspirations, but Kabira’s heartbreak is menacing.

Despite the plot using several cliches that have been seen before, the movie has greatly improved the genre. It takes skill to prepare something this wonderful from stereotypes!

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani Review: Star Performances

Ranbir Kapoor turns in a superb performance. You will be led to believe that he is Bunny by him. The movie is all his, thanks to his effortless character insertion! The guy has already claimed a couple of major honors this year with a performance that he puts on brilliantly. The new superstar has arrived, therefore it’s time to retire the old ones!

Deepika Padukone performs in a way that will melt your heart. She dramatically transforms from a nerd to a beauty, and the plot is helped by her lovely grin and engaging acting! She perfectly captures the vulnerabilities of her character on screen, meticulously fostering every nuance of what Naina means.

Aditya Roy Kapur is affable, while Kalki Koechlin is impetuous. Yet Mukherji’s screenplay leaves little room for them. You’ll want to seek more of them while being prohibited from expanding on their characteristics! Nonetheless, in the scenes in which they appear, they are nothing but beautiful.

It is tough to mention Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone’s scrumptious on-screen connection when discussing performances. There is finally another pairing that offers some magic to their on-screen chemistry after Kajol and SRK.

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani Review: Direction, Music & Technical Aspects

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani is so very compelling because Ayan is so certain about his narrative. The actor who made his acting debut in Wake Up Sid has maintained his sincerity in a period when writing reeked of shallowness. Some aspect of each viewer’s psyche is brought to life in the movie by Ranbir’s alluring desire and appetite for exploration. The film’s gorgeous visuals and opulent soundtrack, together with some outstanding performances, make it noteworthy. Even though it goes over two hours, there isn’t a single dull moment, thus the awful editing is hardly noticeable. For the most part, the cinematography is flawlessly executed. Every part of the work appears lovely, from the lush vegetation to the Manali mountains’ snow-capped peaks and Udaipur’s magnificent classical architecture.

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani Review: The Last Thing

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani is a wonderfully well-made movie despite its tolerable shortcoming of relying on clichés. The author, Ayan Mukherji, makes his tale credible and truthful. This movie is a must-see since it is hilarious right away. One of Bollywood’s most enduring romantic comedies, this film was ignited by Ranbir and Deepika’s brilliant performances and sparkling chemistry. Amazing performance! I give the film a score of 4/5. These kinds of movies give my profession a sense of purpose.
